Carl Jung said, “If you’re not teaching by the time you’re 40 there’s something wrong”.
He didn’t mean we all have to go and be teachers. He meant we should organise our thoughts in a way that we can communicate what we’ve learned effectively.

Different drum teachers teach in different ways. I’ve always thought of myself more as a community builder who uses drums as a way to bring people together, give them a common experience, and leave them to make their own connections.
