The BLUE PLANET

Before the internet I used to design, print and give out A5 leaflets to get people to come to my vocal harmony workshops. I was a bit obsessive, the King of the photo-copier, I always had them with me.

We were talking in the pub after one such workshop and I said to my tiny group, “I keep teaching Fambai Naye because I want you all to sing it at my funeral”.

“Send us the leaflet Tom and we’ll be there”, came the reply from Carole, quick as a flash.
I loved those early workshops, I made no money at all but boy did we laugh. Singing together is ridiculously bonding – off the scale.
