Thank you Tom for yesterdays workshop and accepting us for who we are, more than mental health service users. Several of us have been struggling mentally but after yesterdays session we were all buzzing with big smiles on our face.
You are amazing how you got everyone involved, which many external facilitators struggle with. Some people we have invited are apprehensive to work with us as we are “mentally ill” we try to explain that we are just like everyone else…normal!
